Job Vacancy : Looking for a Senior Physiotherapist with MPT(Neuro/Ortho/Pediatric)
Candidate should have 2-5yrs of work experience

• Provide leadership, maintain standards, and work with a multidisciplinary team.

• Offer supervision to therapists and compile necessary reports.
• Manage therapy services operationally, handle scheduling and resource management.
• Organize supplies and equipment, engage with families, and update consultants regularly.
• Collaborate on patient care decisions and focus on improving outpatient revenue.
• Collaborate on operational plans, facilitate changes, provide regular reports, and support research and evaluation.
• Lead a dedicated team, maintain open communication, and uphold professional standards.
• Organize services fairly, manage staff, mentor, and ensure proper induction into clinical areas.

Manage therapy activities in the designated area, ensuring high-quality service.
