The Occupational Therapist at Sukino is responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualized occupational therapy interventions for patients in long-term care, rehabilitation, palliative care, and geriatric settings. The role focuses on enhancing patients’ functional independence, mobility, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living (ADLs) through evidence-based therapeutic techniques. The therapist will work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, nurses, psychologists, patients, and caregivers to develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, educate families on home-based interventions, maintain clinical documentation, and contribute to achieving the best possible quality of life and rehabilitation outcomes for patients.
