Scope : To ensure smooth functioning of the center during night hours by overseeing operations, patient care coordination, staff management, and handling any emergencies or escalations.

• Take complete charge of center operations during night shift

• Act as the single point of contact for all night-time issues and escalations

• Coordinate with Nursing Incharge, Duty Doctors (if applicable), and Therapy teams for patient care

• Ensure all patients receive timely care, medication, and attention as per protocols

• Handle emergency situations and escalate to concerned stakeholders when required

• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and shift allocation

• Ensure proper handover from day shift and to morning shift

• Address and resolve patient / bystander concerns during night hours

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and infection control practices are followed

• Maintain incident reports and night shift logs

• Coordinate with support teams like housekeeping, security, and ambulance services

• Ensure availability of critical supplies and consumables for uninterrupted care
