Scope : To lead overall center performance by managing end-to-end operations while driving business growth, occupancy, and referral development, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.

  • Take complete ownership of center operations and business performance
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the center across clinical and non-clinical areas
  • Coordinate with Nursing, Therapy, and Clinical teams for effective patient care
  • Manage admissions, discharges, and bed occupancy optimization
  • Drive occupancy, revenue targets, and business growth for the center
  • Build and maintain strong referral networks with doctors, hospitals, and institutions
  • Act as a single point of contact for patient attenders and handle escalations
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and quality standards
  • Supervise support services including housekeeping, security, and facility management
  • Ensure availability of medical consumables in coordination with procurement
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
  • Plan and support marketing activities like CMEs, and local outreach programs
  • Track enquiries, conversions, and admission funnel performance
  • Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and compliance readiness
  • Work closely with Corporate teams (HR, Finance, Admin, BD) for seamless operations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide actionable insights
