Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through regular doctor engagement, networking, and follow-ups.

Convert potential leads into active referrals or partnerships.

Build and maintain one-to-one relationships with referral doctors.

Work closely with the Head of Department to conceptualize and implement new marketing strategies.
