  • Act as the lead and single point of contact for patient care services provided at the center.
  • Establish and maintain budgetary control and ensure cost optimization across functions.
  • Address and resolve patient issues related to their stay, including handling escalations and communication with families.
  • Maintain dashboards / MIS / reports for prompt and accurate reporting to management.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support lead closures and conversions at the center.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver patient services.
  • Liaise with diagnostic centers and hospitals for required tests or consultations, and facilitate patient movement as required.
  • Conduct daily rounds to ensure smooth functioning of all floors, close gaps, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and timely collections; explain bills to families when required.
  • Develop, train, and implement customer service processes and protocols in line with organizational policies.
  • Deploy the right manpower resources, including recruitment, training, coaching, and staff evaluations.
  • Escalate relevant issues for timely senior management intervention.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms and coordinate with cross-functional teams for improvements.
  • Establish performance metrics, KRAs, and targets for staff; review regularly.
  • Drive cost-effectiveness, revenue enhancement, productivity, and profitability of the center.
  • Hold complete P&L responsibility for the center.
