- Assisting and coordinating the overall functions of the medical record department with medical records manager.
- Responsible for the overall functions in the medical records department in the absence of the medical records manager.
- Deficiency checking of the paper and paperless medical records and ensure proper completion of the records.
- Monitoring the department quality indicator and reporting to the medical records manager on daily basis.
- Ensuring the proper assembling of the records.
- Ensuring the clear and accurate register maintaining.
- Ensure the timely completion of birth, still birth and death notification.
