To lead the  Clinical therapy function at the Sukino centre and ensure high-quality, patient-centric rehabilitation services. The role will be responsible for therapy assessment and planning, patient outcomes, team supervision, clinical documentation and coordination with the multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the therapy team at the centre.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised therapy and rehabilitation plans.
• Provide and oversee therapy interventions for neurological, orthopaedic, geriatric, post-operative, traumatic and other rehabilitation cases.
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation, assessment reports and progress notes.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, nutritionists and other clinical teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct regular case discussions and review patient progress with the multidisciplinary team.
• Guide, mentor and support junior therapists in clinical and professional development.
• Monitor therapy schedules, patient coverage and therapist utilisation.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards and quality practices.
• Counsel patients and attendants regarding therapy plans, rehabilitation goals, expected outcomes and progress.
• Participate in clinical audits, training programs and quality-improvement initiatives.
