Position Overview

Sukino Healthcare is looking for an experienced Business Head – Hyderabad to drive the overall business performance of multiple branches/centres in Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for revenue growth, business development, key account management, branch performance, team leadership, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall revenue and business targets for multiple Hyderabad branches/centres.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare institutions, and key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, referral channels, and key accounts.
• Manage and strengthen major/key accounts and lead commercial negotiations.
• Monitor branch-wise performance, revenue, occupancy, collections, and other key business KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the business development/sales teams across assigned branches.
• Work closely with Operations, Clinical, Finance, Marketing, HR, and other teams to ensure business and operational alignment.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Prepare business plans, forecasts, and regular performance reports for senior management.
• Support the launch and establishment of new centres in the Hyderabad market.

Other Criteria 

• 12–18+ years of experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical equipment, diagnostics, or related sectors.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches, territories, or business units.
• Strong healthcare industry network and relationships in Hyderabad/Telangana.
• Strong business development, commercial, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Candidates currently working as Business Head, Regional/Zonal Head, Cluster Head, State Head, or equivalent senior leadership roles will be preferred.
