Scope : To lead overall center performance by managing end-to-end operations while driving business growth, occupancy, and referral development, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Take complete ownership of center operations and business performance
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the center across clinical and non-clinical areas
- Coordinate with Nursing, Therapy, and Clinical teams for effective patient care
- Manage admissions, discharges, and bed occupancy optimization
- Drive occupancy, revenue targets, and business growth for the center
- Build and maintain strong referral networks with doctors, hospitals, and institutions
- Act as a single point of contact for patient attenders and handle escalations
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and quality standards
- Supervise support services including housekeeping, security, and facility management
- Ensure availability of medical consumables in coordination with procurement
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and discipline
- Plan and support marketing activities like CMEs, and local outreach programs
- Track enquiries, conversions, and admission funnel performance
- Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and compliance readiness
- Work closely with Corporate teams (HR, Finance, Admin, BD) for seamless operations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide actionable insights
