The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for high-volume, fast-paced hiring healthcare staff to meet Sukino’s rapid expansion and operational manpower requirements. This role requires strong hiring capability, target-driven execution, and continuous talent pipeline creation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing;
  • Hiring resources  across multiple locations.
  • Maintain a ready-to-deploy talent pool to support just-in-time hiring.
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets aligned with business ramp-up plans.
  • Participate in campus drives, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
  1. Screening & Selection
  • Perform telephonic and face-to-face screening to assess suitability, availability, and compliance.
  • Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and with concerned HOD.
  • Ensure documentation, KYC, and background verification before onboarding.
  1. Onboarding and hand-holding
  • Coordinate for joining, onboarding and induction.
  • Coordinate with the hiring department to facilitate smooth transition and handholding of new hires.
  • Ensure candidates join on time and reduce no-show and early attrition.
  • Continuous follow-up with candidates from selection to Joining
  • Support engagement initiatives to improve retention of new hires.
  1. Workforce Planing & Reporting
  • Maintain daily hiring trackers, joining reports, and manpower dashboards.
  • Report hiring progress, pipeline status, and bottlenecks to TA Manager / Lead.
  • Support manpower planning for new centers and business expansion.
  • Ensure hiring quality while maintaining speed and cost efficiency.
